Privacy
What this site collects.
What you send for an estimate, what advertising measurement records, and how to turn that measurement off.
The estimate form
If you send the in-home estimate form, we receive the name, phone number, town and job details you type into it, and we use them for one thing: calling you back about that job. The form is processed on this site and delivered to the stores by Resend, our email delivery provider. Submitted details are also stored encrypted in our Cloudflare database so a request can be recovered if email delivery fails. The stores and Forge Management manage these requests. We do not sell or rent the form information.
You do not have to use the form. Both stores answer the phone: D&D Flooring on (205) 285-8855 and AL-GA Carpet on (205) 221-7271. If you tap a Gardendale phone link here, advertising measurement records that a phone link was tapped, but it does not receive your phone number or anything said during the call.
Advertising measurement
We use GroundTruth pixels to measure whether people who saw a D&D Flooring ad visit this site, tap the Gardendale phone or directions links, spend time on or scroll through a page, or complete an estimate request, and to build an audience of site visitors for later D&D Flooring ads. GroundTruth receives advertising and device information such as the page visited, browser or device details, IP address and online identifiers. Its engagement tag derives a browser identifier from device and browser characteristics and stores it with session and campaign information in a first-party cookie for up to 360 days. GroundTruth may associate activity across devices for measurement and interest-based advertising. Read the GroundTruth privacy policy.
The estimate funnel records only milestones: form started, required contact fields completed, project-notes field completed, and request submitted. It does not send the text typed into a field to GroundTruth, and it does not save abandoned names, phone numbers, towns or project notes.
We honour Global Privacy Control. You can also disable or re-enable advertising measurement on this browser below. The choice stays in this browser until you clear its site data.
What this browser stores
Cloudflare Web Analytics measures site traffic and loading performance. This separate service does not use analytics cookies. The advertising choice above controls GroundTruth and our campaign event reporting.
The site remembers the last store you viewed and your advertising measurement choice in local browser storage. For campaign reporting, a random tab-session identifier lasts up to 30 minutes. We store campaign source, broad screen-size category, timestamps and action categories, without abandoned field text. These are browsing sessions, not identified people. A short-lived, secure receipt cookie prevents repeat submission conversions. Clearing site data removes browser preferences. We do not provide customer logins on this site.
Children
This is a site for people buying flooring. It is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect anything from them.
Asking us about your information
If you have sent us an estimate request and want to know what we hold, or want it deleted, call either store and ask. We will do it.
Changes
If the form, email provider or advertising measurement changes, this page changes with it before the change goes live.
